The Pilot, WO1 Ken James, Observer SGT Teddy Loftin and Gunner/ Crew Chief Thomas Weigle were shot down and Killed In Action in this aircraft, 67-16351, on 4 Apr 1969 in Long Khanh Province ( http://www.armyaircrews.com/cayuse_2.html ). 
Their names can be found on the The Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Panel Number 27W, Row 12 ( http://www.flyarmy.org/panel/PANEL27W.HTM ) .
 
WO1 Ken James was born on 6 Dec 1939.  WORWAC CLASS 68-13.  His Home of Record was West Palm Beach, FL. 
SGT Teddy Loftin was born on 22 NOV 1948.  His Home of Record was Dallas, TX.
PFC Thomas Weigle was born on 9 Sept 1950.  His Home of record was South Farmingdale, NY.
